Texas Instruments switching regulator series LM2594
Step-down switching regulators in an SOIC 8 housing with 0,5A and 150kHz. These voltage regulators require a minimum of four external components and can be switched of through a TTL signal. They are suitable for input voltages of up to 60V and have a high efficiency. We offer the type LM2594HVMX-5.0/NOPB of this Texas Instruments series.
