Class X2 MP capacitors with a dielectric material made of multilayer metallized paper. These devices are impregnated in a self-extinguishing material (UL94V-0) and have a high stability as well as a good reliability in continuous operation. They have a good resistance to ionization as well as a high dV/dt capability and comply with a 100% screening factory test at 2150V DC. We offer the following types of this Kemet series: PME271M510MR30, PME271M522MR30, PME271M533MR30, PME271M547MR30, PME271MB6100MR30, PME271MD6220KR30, PME271MD6330KR30 and PME271M647KR30.
