DC/DCC switching regulators in a QFN housing with 1A, an integrated shielded inductor and flip-chip technology. These devices are suitable for direct PCB mounting and are protected against overcurrent, overtemperature as well as short circuit (continuous). They have a high efficiency, an input voltage of up to 36V DC and comply with EN55032 class B. We offer the type RPX-1.0-R of this Recom series.
