These lightweight and flexible graphite sheets are very thin (200 µm), easy to cut and up to 40% compressible (600k Pa). They have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +400°C and an excellent thermal conductivity for an efficient thermal management in limited spaces. These pyrolytic graphite sheets are therefore suited for IGBTs, inverters, converters, motor control units, automotive LEDs, medical equipment as well as PCs and peripherals.
