DC/DC converters in a SIP/SIL3 housing with output power ranging from 3.3 to 15W. These devices have an efficiency of up to 96% and do not require heatsinks due to their non-isolated nature. They come equipped with short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and offer maximum ripple & noise of only 100mVpp. With ±3% voltage accuracy (load range:20-100%), these converters can operate within the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C making them suitable for various industrial applications. We offer the following types of this Recom series: R-78C3.3-1.0; R-78C5.0-1.0; R-78C9.0-1.0; R-78C12-1.0 and R-78C15-1.0.
