DC/DC converters in a SIP/SIL7 housing with 1W. These devices have single (RY-_S) or dual outputs (RY-_D) and offer an efficiency of up to 70%. With a maximum voltage accuracy of ±5% (load 100%), they provide unregulated voltage, while continuous short circuit protection ensures safety during operation. The converters also feature on/off pins and can withstand up to 1kV DC isolation. They are suitable for PCB mounting and produce minimal ripple & noise, maxing out at just 100mVpp. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +70°C, making them suitable for use in harsh environments. We offer the following types of this Recom series: RY-0505S, RY-1205S, RY-2405S, RY-0505D and RY-0515D.
