AC fans with ball bearings and dimensions of 172x151x51mm are produced by Sunon. They feature an alveolate motor that is thermal protected, as well as a frame made from aluminium spray cast. The impeller is filled with thermoplastic PBT (UL94V-0). These fans come in two connection types: _HBT-TC, which has an integrated terminal plug measuring 2.8x0.3mm; and _HBL-TC, which uses AWG18 UL1007 stripped tinned connections. Rated voltage for these AC fans ranges between 220 to 240V at a frequency of either 50 or 60Hz while their operating voltage lies within the range of 150 to250 VAC. The dielectric strength at 65% humidity is rated at 1500V AC/1min whereas insulation resistance measures greater than500MΩ when tested using 500V DC. These AC Fans have been designed to operate under temperatures ranging from -10°C up to +70°C and reversible temperature protection set points are fixedat 110°C/90°C respectively ensuring safe operation even during high ambient conditions.
